GENERAL
What is Groupages.ch?
A Swiss platform that introduces carriers with spare capacity to shippers looking for transport. We do not carry out the transport: we make the introduction easier.
Is signing up chargeable?
No. Signing up, submitting a shipment request and using the messaging are free. Only the subscriptions and the introduction tokens are chargeable.
Do you take a commission?
No commission on transactions. The transport price is agreed freely between the carrier and the shipper.

CARRIERS
Which documents must I supply?
Transport licence, public liability insurance, goods insurance certificate and identity document. The ADR certificate is required for carrying dangerous goods.
How many listings can I post?
Depending on your plan: 1 (Discovery), 4 (Standard), 10 (Pro) or unlimited (Premium).
How do I receive requests?
Shippers whose consignment matches your corridor contact you through the messaging. You are notified of every new request.
SHIPPERS
Is submitting a request free?
Yes. You only pay a token when you access a carrier's direct contact details.
Private individual or company?
Both are welcome. When signing up you state your status; companies can enter their VAT number.
How do I estimate weight and dimensions?
Give as accurate an estimate as you can: it helps carriers judge whether it fits. The details are settled afterwards through the messaging.
TOKENS
Why a token system?
It guarantees qualified, serious contacts and funds the development of the platform for everyone's benefit.
Do tokens carry over?
Yes, unused tokens carry over to the following month.
Can I buy extra tokens?
Yes: CHF 5 for a single token, CHF 45 for a pack of 10, CHF 100 for a pack of 25. Valid for 12 months.
